EPIC Purpose: Joining Forces

VISION

The EPIC (Education/Practice/Industry Connection), a partnership of the academy, the design professions, and industry, working in cooperation to provide quality professional education.

MISSION

To advance and compliment the education of current and future Design Professionals, through utilization of the combined assets and cooperation of our partnership of Educators, Practitioners and Industry Connections.

WHAT IS EPIConnection?

This program is designed to advance the design and build professions through cooperative course design, shared research, and resources. This program supports:

* Developing joint continuing education, research, and special projects.
* Facilitating teaching, learning, and research.
* Fostering student, faculty, and practitioner development.
* Matching resources and needs.
* Promoting & Publishing "Select practices" that can be applied.
* Strengthening ties between academics, industry, and the profession.
